The resources on this page support Instructional, Research, and Clinical (IRC) faculty, in their career paths.
The CFDA strives to assist our IRC faculty by:
- strengthening leadership, organizational and time-management skills
- facilitating promotion through our dossier library and the review of dossiers
- maintaining mentoring programs that combine community-building with concrete advice on life/work challenges
- offering professional development grants of up to $1000 that are offered two times a year
- organizing writing groups and retreats to support research and publications
The CFDA is part of the Office of Faculty Affairs. We work with many campus partners including Faculty Assembly, the University of Colorado Denver Association of Lecturers and Instructors (UCDALI), CLAS Faculty Council, the Office of Access and Campus Engagement (ACE) and many more.
