Below are the floor plan rates (per semester) for the 2026 - 2027 Academic Year. All available floor plans include Wi-Fi, utilities, and free laundry.

Per Person Semester Rate: $8,230.00
Occupancy: Full suite is occupied by one resident.
Bedroom: Full size bed, two dressers, and a desk and chair
Bathrooms: Private bathroom with bathtub
Kitchen: Full kitchen including a full sized refrigerator, stove/oven, dish washer, microwave, and sink
Furniture: Fully furnished bedroom as well as a desk, chair, and dinette

Occupancy: One room is occupied by three (3) residents. Two (2) rooms in each suite.
Bedrooms: Two (2) triple-occupancy rooms, each furnished with three (3) extra-long twin beds: one lofted bed and one set of bunk beds.
