The CU Denver Women’s Leadership Program is a new initiative aimed at fostering leadership skills among women and gender-diverse faculty and academic staff. It has received enthusiastic support from all levels of the university, including faculty, deans, the Provost, and the Chancellor.
The New Department Chair and Director Community, Support & Training program supports new department chairs and program directors as they launch their leadership roles at CU Denver. This program seeks to develop effective, ethical, and inclusive leadership skills for participants.
